How to start your day?

·         What is the first thing that you do in the morning? Comment down.

Well if we talk about me, I start my day with a smile. Everyday just get up, hum a song that cheers you up and smile to yourself in the mirror. ‘I look beautiful.’ Tell yourself. Practicing this exercise everyday will make you and your health better and I guarantee that you will notice a bright change in yourself.

·         Avoid mobile phones.

In the morning,your melatonin level is pretty good unless we use your mobile phones and deteriorate it. Melatonin is a hormone that maintains your sleep – wake up cycle. When we use mobile phones late at night or early in the morning,your melatonin level drops hence making us dull and lazy.if you have online classes or work from home sessions in the morning, then try getting up at least anyour before the sessions to avoid the harms.

·         Start meditating

You better start your day with yoga. Many people find it boring and slow but trust me it is effective in a brilliant way. But if you are not into yoga, at least start your day with stretching and meditation. It will keep your mind calm and active throughout the day. In fact, for students, practicing yoga is helpful in studies.

·         Warm water

For those who have weak digestion or wish to lose weight, this is the best step. Drink a glass of warm water on an empty stomach every morning. This will clean your stomach, help in losing weight and will keep you active throughout the day. It might feel dizzy in the starting, but once you get used to you won’t be able to live without it. Moreover,your saliva is a natural remedy for improving your metabolism. When we take in your morning saliva along with the water, it improves your digestion and helps in making your skin softer.

·         Say not to caffeine.

Don’t start your day with tea/coffee. These have high concentrations of caffeine that harm your body. Once you get used to taking bedtime tea/coffee, you won’t be able to live without it and will feel very lazy or sick. Also taking tea/coffee in the morning increases weight and increases hairfall. You might get headaches if you try leaving this habit but trust me it’s worth it.

·         Additional tip.

If possible walk on wet grass (barefoot of course). It will improve your eyesight and will make you feel alive.
